استضافت السفارة اللبنانية في لندن، في مقر إقامة السفارة، أمسية خُصصت لإطلاق الجمعية الطبية البريطانية اللبنانية (British Lebanese Medical Association – BLMA)، بحضور عدد من أفراد المجتمع الطبي اللبناني في المملكة المتحدة.
وتهدف الجمعية الجديدة إلى جمع الأطباء اللبنانيين من مختلف الاختصاصات الطبية في أنحاء المملكة المتحدة ضمن إطار مهني يساهم في تعزيز التواصل بينهم، وتطوير فرص التعاون والإرشاد المهني، إضافة إلى تبادل المعرفة والخبرات.
وأعربت السفارة اللبنانية في لندن عن دعمها لهذه المبادرة، مؤكدة تطلعها إلى العمل بشكل وثيق مع الجمعية مع توسع نشاطها، بما يساهم في تعزيز الروابط داخل المجتمع الطبي اللبناني في المملكة المتحدة.
ويشكّل إطلاق الجمعية مساحة جديدة للتواصل بين الكفاءات الطبية اللبنانية المنتشرة في بريطانيا، ويفتح المجال أمام بناء شبكة مهنية تجمع الخبرات والاختصاصات المختلفة وتدعم التعاون بينها.
The Lebanese Embassy in London hosted an evening at the Ambassador’s residence to mark the launch of the British Lebanese Medical Association (BLMA), attended by members of the Lebanese medical community in the United Kingdom.
The new association aims to bring together Lebanese doctors from various medical specialties across the UK within a professional network designed to strengthen connections, foster opportunities for collaboration and mentorship, and promote the exchange of knowledge and expertise.
The Lebanese Embassy in London expressed its support for the initiative and said it looks forward to working closely with the association as it expands its activities, helping to strengthen ties within the Lebanese medical community in the United Kingdom.
The launch of the association provides a new platform for Lebanese medical professionals across Britain to connect, paving the way for a professional network that brings together diverse expertise and specialties while promoting greater collaboration.
